How long does each stage take?
The terms give one hard number: 24 hours of pending[3]. The hold is "rolling", so it runs from the minute you ask. Weekends stop the clock for processing. A request on Friday night waits through Saturday and Sunday.
| Stage | Time | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Request | Minute 0 | Pick the amount in the cashier |
| Pending | 24 hours, rolling | Reverse the request, or ask support to lock the account |
| Weekend | No processing | Wait until Monday |
| Screening | Not stated | Send documents if asked |
| Transfer | Not published per method | Ask support for your method's time |
Why is there no table of hours per method here? Because the brand does not give one. Its FAQ says transfers "clear within different times" and points to support[5]. I will not fill that gap with numbers from review sites.
What are the steps to withdraw?
- Log in on the brand site and open the cashier. Sign-in help is on the Mummys Gold casino login page.
- Choose withdrawal. The method follows your deposit: money goes back the way it came, up to the deposit amount[3].
- Enter the amount, within GBP 10,000 per 24 hours[3].
- Leave the request alone for 24 hours. Reversing it puts the money back into play.
- Answer any document request quickly. Unanswered requests can be reversed back to the casino account[3].
I did not go through these screens myself. The steps follow the terms and the banking page, not a test payout.
Which methods pay out?
The New Zealand banking page marks 6 methods for withdrawal: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, iDebit, Skrill, Neteller[4]. Maestro takes deposits only. If you paid in with Maestro, the terms allow the casino to send money to a bank account in your name instead[3].
A withdrawal may carry a charge; the terms say so without naming the amount[3]. The casino may also pay winnings in euros whatever your account currency is[3]. Both points are worth a question to support before a large payout.
What limits apply?
Two caps. The first applies to everyone: GBP 10,000 per 24 hours, or the equivalent[3]. The second applies when you withdraw five times your lifetime deposits or more. Then the casino may pay €4,000 per week and return the rest to your balance until the next week[3]. Management decides whether to apply it. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt.
A welcome bonus adds a third limit. The promotion rules allow the casino to cap the payout at 6 times your first deposit[2]. What a small deposit means for that cap is on the Mummys Gold $1 deposit page.
Which documents will they ask for?
The terms list them[3]:
- photo ID such as a passport or driver licence
- bank statement or utility bill no older than 6 months
- proof of ownership of the payment method
- proof of income if asked
The check is required once your transactions reach €2,000, single or added up[3]. The banking page also mentions a copy of the card, back and front, if you deposited by card[4]. Send documents before the first payout and the screening stage has nothing to wait for.
What if the payout does not arrive?
First check the calendar: 24 hours and no weekends. Then check your email for a document request. Then contact support by live chat or email[6]. A formal complaint is possible only after one week from the request and within six months[3]. The operator and licence behind those rules are covered in the Mummys Gold casino review.
